I have a friend who will like to apply for Scholarship in either US, UK or Canada. He is from Asia. He has already completed his university but he would like to study and get a better degree. Anyone can help like for example, is there any organizations or any place or etc where he can turn to?

to my knoledge most universities, at least here in Australia, have so many places abailable to international students each year, and quite offen a couple of scholarships as well. It would be a good idea for your friend to research it a bit more and se what university offers the best program suited to his requirements, and go from there. Also I don't know about Singapore, but the australian government offer several scholarships for people wishing to further their studies over seas. as does the UK. maybe yours does teh same? it would be worth checking out too.
hi all. i have the same problem like what cill bot's friend do. the different is i don't have a university degree and want to study in oversea. any idea on where can i get those information? cause the goverment didn't provide any study plan for us as a disable. thanks for the help.
Well, for my friend, he is thinking of studying maybe language, computer stuff or etc. So is there anywhere you guys think he can find out informations from?
And as for australia, well, can you give me more information on that? I mean how to find out info about applying scholar ship and etc? And how about do they give scholar ships to people like me? People who have no much education but wish to study? Maybe from high school and etc? Hey, is not funny so please do not laugh if there is anyone laughing when reading this.
